Simplified Alpine iLX-W650 2-DIN 7 Car Stereo with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto

The new iLX-W650 from Alpine features a simple swipe interface and an ultra-shallow chassis that can be mounted to the KTA-450 Power Pack Amplifier (sold separately), creating Alpine's award-winning PowerStack application.

Designed for easy use, the new swipe control interface allows you to keep your eyes on the road. A two-finger swipe motion moving up, down, left, or right will control volume up or down and track skip forward or back. The two-finger swipe can be performed anywhere on the touch screen, eliminating the need to swipe on a specific location.

The iLX-W650's shallow chassis measures only 2.4" deep, making it a perfect fit for vehicles that don't have a lot of depth behind the dashboard. This compact design allows the iLX-W650 to be seamlessly paired with the KTA-450 Power Pack Amplifier (sold separately). The amplifier, measuring just 7" W x 3.5" H x 1.25" D, can be conveniently installed in the open space behind the iLX-W650 using the included bracket, creating the PowerStack design. The total combined depth of the iLX-W650, KTA-450, and mounting bracket is still less than the depth of a standard 2-DIN chassis.

The KTA-450 amplifier features Alpine's exclusive Dynamic Peak Power (DPP) technology, which produces 400-watts DPP without the bulk and hassle of a traditional amplifier.
